Leslie has held the Student & Community Advocate position since the launch of our Central WA CIS affiliate. He has created a strong partnership and image of CIS while serving at Washington middle school within the Yakima School District and is well versed in leveraging many community resources to support our school-based staff. Leslie grew up in Yakima and obtained a public health degree from the University of Washington. Leslie is committed to CIS because of the lasting impact our service model has on the lives of students. He is committed to supporting this team, performs strong in the area of data and reporting. Leslie is passionate about ensuring the growth and sustainability of our Central Washington affiliate. Outside of work, Leslie, loves to spend time with his family.
