Natosha Hernandez is a second-year elementary school level Student & Community Advocate with Communities In Schools of Central Washington. She holds nine years of experience working in various positions throughout different school settings as a paraeducator for many grade levels, in early learning as well as in general education and special education. Prior to her role with CIS, she held a preschool teacher position at a local early learning center. Natosha is certified in early childhood education and is currently working on a bachelor’s degree in teaching.
She joined CIS because she enjoys working with children and believed it would be a great opportunity to support children and their families.
Aside from work, her husband and two boys enjoy taking trips to the beach for camping, fishing and hiking outdoors. Going to the gym is her form of self-care. She describes herself as a team player with strong organizational skills as well as having a passion and drive to help those in need.
